What information do you need to prepare a freight quote?
Typically we need the collection location, delivery location, commodity, package count, weight, dimensions or volume, ready date and your preferred mode of transport. Incoterms are also helpful when known.

AIN Enterprise can coordinate suitable air, sea and road freight options through logistics partners, subject to route, commodity, carrier acceptance and applicable regulations.
Do you provide import and export support?
Yes. We support commercial import and export movements by coordinating transport requirements, shipment information and essential trade documentation with customers and relevant service providers.
Can you source products or suppliers internationally?
Yes. Global sourcing support can include identifying suitable suppliers and helping coordinate commercial requirements. Due diligence, specifications, payment terms and contracts remain important parts of any sourcing decision.
Do you handle customs clearance?
We can coordinate shipment and documentation requirements and work with appropriate customs or logistics service providers where required. Customs treatment depends on the commodity, origin, destination and applicable law.
Can you ship any type of goods?
No. Acceptance depends on the commodity, classification, route, carrier rules, licensing and legal requirements. Restricted, hazardous or regulated goods require specific review and may not be accepted.
How quickly will you respond to an enquiry?
We aim to respond to business enquiries promptly during normal working hours. Complex routes or regulated commodities may require additional time while details are checked.
